Terms of Service

ZenZhiin Venture provides enterprise technology consulting, custom web and mobile software development, cloud microservices architecture, and business automation solutions.

All client proprietary data, business processes, and source code are treated with the highest degree of confidentiality and protected under non-disclosure obligations.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to represent your business entity to engage our services.

All client engagements are governed by signed Statements of Work (SOWs) and agreed technical project specifications.

Consulting and development services are billed in accordance with executed agreements. Invoices are payable upon milestone completion as specified in the engagement.

You agree to engage our services for lawful business purposes only. Unauthorized security interference or malicious activities are strictly prohibited.

Custom software deliverables and work product are transferred to the client in accordance with the Master Services Agreement (MSA) upon full payment.

Services are provided with professional diligence and enterprise standards. Statutory filings remain the responsibility of the client entity.

ZenZhiin Venture shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid under the applicable engagement in the preceding 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
