Welcome to QuickZhiin, a cloud-based accounting software provided by ZenZhiin ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QuickZhiin application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use QuickZhiin. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements

2. Account Registration
You must create an account to access certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under your account.

3. Free Trials and Subscriptions
We may offer free trials for a limited time. At the end of the trial, you will be required to choose a subscription plan to continue using the Service. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not: Upload or share unlawful, harmful, or abusive content. Attempt to access systems or data not intended for you. Use automated tools (e.g., bots or scrapers) to interfere with the Service.

5. Data Storage and Security
QuickZhiin stores your data securely in the cloud. While we implement industry-standard security practices, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for backing up your data regularly.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by ZenZhiin or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers
QuickZhiin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your specific accounting or tax needs. You are solely responsible for any financial decisions made based on information from the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZenZhiin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.

12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
