Terms of Service

ZenZhiin Venture provides a suite of specialized software solutions:

• QuickZhiin: Cloud-based accounting software with full Malaysia LHDN (e-Invoicing) compliance.
• OceanZhiin: Comprehensive Dive Center and Resort booking management system.
• MZhiin: Advanced Marketing CRM for customer relationship and campaign management.

Our Services are built on a robust multi-tenant architecture. This ensures that your data is logically isolated from other users. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your specific tenant environment and user credentials.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our Services.

You must create an account to access our Services. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Our Services are provided on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. You can cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

You agree to use the Service for lawful purposes only. Prohibited activities include uploading harmful content, attempting unauthorized access, or using automated tools to interfere with the Service.

All content and functionality of the Service are owned by ZenZhiin Venture. You may not reproduce or modify any part of the Service without our written consent.

The Services are provided "as is". While QuickZhiin is designed for LHDN compliance, you remain responsible for your final tax filings and financial accuracy.

ZenZhiin Venture shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
